Level 4, Intermediate, Post 5, 'Favourite Job'

Hi friends, here I am again and today Im going to talk about job. I have to say that im studying social work and and I really feel good when Im thinking in the future and I imagine myself working as a social worker. But, hey, if you ask me for a favourite job, well, there´s a few "jobs" that I definitely would do without a single  doubt. And I truly believe that my favourite job could be work as a filmmaker.

I love watch movies for every place of the world, taking the films as a window to a lot of lives, places, lovers, storys, faces... so so many faces, Bergman once said that an actor always work, in ultimate term, with his face. I imagine it and I feel fascinated by all the moments that make a movie possible. Write the script, choice the right actors for the characters. searching for that song which can turn a scene into a perfect scene.

Other thing that is cool about being a director is (in the case that you are lucky and famous) that you can travel around the world and know the people who lives there and  show that in the movie

Level 4, Intermediate, Post 4, 'Themed Free Post 2': A common issue

Hi there friends, Im here again doing this homework, you know, a common issue for a common guy. If they ask me to write about a free post, well, I could really talk about anything I love, like a tree or a book about fantasy, or watching a particular movie or maybe about a dim light throughout my window. I could even talk about my mom that right now is talking about the bread baking in the oven. Among all this stuff, I would like to write about the fire as a common thing for me in my daily life and how it connects me to my mom.

Since I was a child my parents used a stove. I also remember staying in the house of my grandmother and every morning she would to wake up very early and make fire. When she made a fire, the house begin to heat, exactly like in my house. In this moment, Im cooking rice with peas. Then, when this finally be ready, Im going to fry a black bean burger.

I also wanna say that the stave we occupied belonged to my grandparents and is very old and maked of iron. Is probably about 70 years old and I´d say in pretty good shape. I love think about all the little coincidences in life that link us to our family

Level 4, Intermediate, Post 3, 'Themed Free Post': Zhang Jike

Hi everyone, its me again. Today Im gonna talk to you about my favourite table tennis player. He´s is already retired but on his moment, he become the best. His name is, like the post said, Zhang Jike, and obviously is from China, actually a kind of rockstar in that country. Here I leave to you a picture of him.

In this picture, Zhang Jike appears doing his famous reverse pendulum service, a truly  beautiful an amazing serve that takes a lot of effect. Zhang Jike is famous because of his remarkable agility and foot work, a concept that refers to a player´s hability to move quickly and intelligently around the table. He´very very known for his backhand that is highly technically and with a lot of touch. He´s forehand is also amazing, powerful and precise.

Here I leave you a fantastic match that shows what I just said. Im always impressed by the recovery that maked in the minute 2:36.

Zhang Jike achieved to win the grand slam in the table tennis, I mean, win the world championship a year, then win the olympic games and then win another world championship. Is funny and very sad, at the time, that Zhang Jike achieved that by beating in three consecutive finals to Wang Hao (2011, 2012, 2013), another amazing player and currently the coach of Fan Zhendong.
